I am delighted you have taken the time to explore my work.
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by people—how we think, how we behave, and how we navigate the many expectations placed upon us in life and work. My purpose has always been to help people understand themselves more deeply and find a way forward that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
Earlier in my career, I spent nearly a decade working in a Big Four consulting environment, focusing on employee engagement, culture, and people strategy. During that time, I worked with organizations navigating complex human challenges, and I learned first-hand that behind every system, strategy, or transformation sits something much more fundamental: people, their identities, their motivations, and their relationships.
Over time, my own journey led me to reflect more deeply on what it means to live and work well. Leaving the corporate world and moving to the countryside offered space to explore a different rhythm of life—one that balanced ambition with well-being, strength with softness, and progress with reflection.
Like many people today, I have found that the pressure to fit into a single archetype, whether professional, personal, or social, can feel limiting. Life rarely unfolds in neat categories. Instead, it moves through seasons: periods of growth, challenge, reflection, and change. This philosophy sits at the heart of my work today.
Through the MAE Method—Momentum, Alignment, and Elevation—I explore how people can move forward with purpose, align their lives more closely with their values and identities, and ultimately elevate the way they live and work. I am currently deepening this work through formal study in psychology, building a stronger scientific foundation for understanding behavior, well-being, and human development.
My approach is not about imposing rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all solutions. It is about meeting people where they are, understanding the dynamics shaping their experience, and helping them navigate their next steps with clarity, flexibility, and compassion.
Above all, I believe that when people are able to understand themselves, find alignment in how they live and work, and build momentum towards what matters most, both individuals and the systems around them can truly flourish.
Thank you for being here.
With warm regards,
Emily Mae
