My passion and purpose in life has always been to understand people and to help them reach their full potential. 

Having worked in a Big 4 consulting environment for nearly a decade focusing on employee engagement, people strategy and culture, I am now pleased to offer my skills in a new company focused on achieving Momentum, Alignment and Elevation through the power of people.

My approach isn't necessarily about forcing a specific methodology upon clients. It is about meeting people and teams where they're at, learning what's important to them or what's stopping their momentum, and helping them plot a way forward through both tactical and strategic means. 

During my time working with a range of different clients, I have played different roles. I am sometimes a delivery lead, sometimes a head coach, project manager, or instead I am a connecting link into another person or team best placed to help you in my network. 

What all these roles have in common is their relentless focus on helping people navigate the challenges they are facing in order to excel in their environment. 

Because we know that when our people are engaged, we work better together, and our businesses flourish.
