I am a CHEK Institute certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, trained to look at wellbeing as an interconnected system. Sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, relationships, work, environment, identity and purpose all influence how we feel and function, so meaningful change often comes from understanding the whole picture.
My approach combines this whole-person philosophy with my training in psychology, coaching and behaviour change. Together, we explore what is happening in your life, what matters most to you and where there may be a gap between how you are currently living and the person you want to be.
Identity and values mapping is a core part of this work. By understanding your values, priorities and sense of self, we can make decisions and build habits that feel genuinely aligned with you, rather than trying to fit someone else's idea of what a healthy or successful life should look like.
This might mean navigating a life or career transition, recovering balance after a demanding period, changing habits, reconnecting with yourself or creating a healthier and more intentional way of living.
The aim is sustainable change that works with your life as a whole.

Understanding who you are and what matters to you is often the starting point for meaningful change. When life feels unclear or out of alignment, exploring your values, identity and priorities can help you move forward with greater confidence and direction.
Through my own experiences of loss and career change, I understand how easy it is to feel disconnected from yourself. Rebuilding that connection takes reflection, honesty and a willingness to focus on what truly matters.
Whether you are feeling stuck, questioning your direction or seeking greater clarity, I can support you in creating a stronger sense of alignment and purpose.

Experiences such as grief and trauma can shape how you see yourself and the world around you. Learning how to live alongside these experiences, rather than feeling defined by them, is an important part of moving forward.
Having lost my mum in my twenties, I understand how deeply grief can affect your identity, perspective and sense of direction. It is not something to fix, but something to process and integrate over time.
I offer a supportive space to reflect on what you have been through, make sense of your experiences and begin moving forward in a way that feels grounded and realistic.

Making a significant change or decision can feel overwhelming. It often involves balancing logic, emotion and uncertainty, while trying to understand what is truly right for you.
Through my own experience of stepping away from a corporate career and creating a different way of living and working, I understand how complex these decisions can feel. It is not always about finding the answer immediately, but creating the space to explore your options and build trust in your own judgement.
If you are considering a career change, navigating a life transition or facing a decision that feels particularly important, I can support you in gaining clarity and moving forward with greater confidence.

Health and wellbeing look different for everyone. For some, it is about building healthier habits and improving energy levels. For others, it is about reconnecting with their body, developing self-confidence or creating a more sustainable approach to everyday life.
Through my own journey, I have explored strength training, weight loss and seasonal living, drawing inspiration from both modern and traditional approaches to wellbeing. Over time, I have developed a deeper understanding of the habits, routines and mindset shifts that support long-term physical and mental wellbeing.
If you are looking to build healthier routines, gain confidence in the gym or simply become more active, I can provide practical guidance, encouragement and accountability along the way.
The MAE Method is a philosophy and framework for navigating the seasons of life with greater balance, self-understanding, and intention, emphasizing emotional awareness as a crucial aspect of personal growth.
Living seasonally became one of my greatest sources of comfort after losing my Mum four years ago. During a time when life felt out of control, the rhythm of the natural world - where night turns to day and summer transitions to winter - provided a steady anchor. This experience underscored the importance of grief counseling, helping me process my emotions and navigate my journey through loss.
As many personal seasons passed, living in tune with these rhythms evolved from a comfort into a guiding philosophy, becoming a core part of how I understand life and my personal values.
In a world that often prioritizes constant productivity and rigid archetypes, the MAE Method offers a refreshing perspective. Life unfolds through various seasons - including action and reflection, growth and rest, happiness and sadness - reminding us of the importance of health and wellness.
Through the MAE Method, I assist individuals in gaining deeper identity support, helping them understand themselves more profoundly and navigate their lives with greater clarity, balance, and intention.
Building meaningful forward movement through emotional awareness when you feel stuck can lead to creating progress that feels sustainable, rather than forced. Incorporating grief counseling and identity support can enhance your health and wellness, aligning your journey with your personal values.
Understanding who you truly are—your personal values, identity, and priorities—alongside emotional awareness is essential for shaping a life that reflects them. Engaging in grief counseling can also provide valuable identity support, contributing to your overall health and wellness.
Growing into the next version of yourself involves emotional awareness, expanding your perspective, and embracing health and wellness principles. By engaging in grief counseling and exploring your personal values, you can create a life that feels both fulfilling and balanced while receiving the identity support you need.
